I just wanted to send a personal message of condolence to Mohan's family and let you know how much of an impact he had on my life in the four years that we knew each other. he always inspired and supported me both in my role as operations manager at the Parchmore Medical Centre as well as the social prescribing programme we all jointly developed . I will miss him and our chats so much. Rest in peace from all at the practice.
